Returns and Exchanges

You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase. If cancelled we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. The credit may be received within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the card issuer's policies.

Returns and Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Shipping must be sent within 21 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping cost. Please use this link to do a return request: https://shopify.com/58067615804/account

We do not accept return or exchange on customized orders.

Any concerns or questions please contact us at shopjoyya@gmail.com. Please include your order number, pictures if your item has been damaged and a brief description of the issue, we will review it on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee the replacement of the same product. If the replacement option is not acceptable by the customer, we will then refund the price of the item.

 

Shipping

Our current processing time is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends) prior to shipment. 

Custom Orders has a 14 business days processing time.

USPS - First Class, Priority and Priority Express.

Orders over $75 receive Free Shipping for Domestic orders only.

 

Packaging

All orders up to the amount of 3 products are sent in a biodegradable box inside a padded envelope. If your order is more than 3 items we will send an extra box or wrap your products individually in a bigger box.
